This is a tricot COMME des GARCONS dress purchased in 1997 at Browns in London, where the family fell in love with it. The designer at the time was Junya Watanabe. The dress is made of a shiny, sheer material. It's a very cute outfit, allowing you to layer it with black, green, or any color you like, or even pair it with pants. As you can see in image 4, there are two black lines on the sides. The left one appears to be on the front, and the right one on the back. As you can see in image 3, the fabric is double-layered. The family member who was involved in music activities only wore it for concerts, so it seems it wasn't worn very often. It was sold in London for 120,000 yen. While there may be many similar designs, the look and feel of this one seem to be different. As you can see in the photos, the material is originally wrinkled. The wearer removed the care label because they didn't like seeing it through the fabric, but unfortunately, it seems to have been lost. The composition is unknown, but it's likely a blend of rayon, nylon, etc., and not silk. It can be hand-washed. Do not wring it strongly; hang it in the bathroom or have it dry cleaned.
