This is an expression pedal that allows you to control two pedals simultaneously and set the minimum value. I have confirmed its operation, and with the knob at 0, the value transitions between approximately 8 and 110. Please note that it does not go completely to 0 when the knob is at 0. This is recommended for use with devices that allow you to set the range digitally, or for those who do not need to use a minimum value of 0.
