This is a Polo Ralph Lauren custom fit polo shirt. Green. It's a size S, but it would likely fit like a size M for Japanese people. There's also a note on the neckline indicating it's for someone 170cm tall. I wore it for two seasons when I bought it, but I haven't worn it since and have kept it in storage. It shows some signs of wear, but it's in very good condition, with no fraying or stains.
