Sword Fittings: Iron Tsuba (Guard) with Gold and Silver Inlay, Antique, Arms, Tsuba (Sword Guard) As there are no certificates, the age and maker are unknown. It reacts to a magnet, and the overall rust covering it gives it an excellent iron texture. The inlaid portions are considerably deteriorated, making it difficult to discern what the design represents, but I personally believe it may have depicted wisteria and vines, or similar plants.
