The bag and backing card have stains. The bag has lost its adhesive. There is some yellowing on the side of the penlight handle, but it's not very noticeable. Please understand this before purchasing. The light has not been tested. It will be shipped via Yu-Packet Post. Please note that the packaging will be simple.
