This is a Surly Nice Rack Rear. It has been used for about 4 years. There are many scratches and rust, but it's a sturdy carrier and still usable. The accessories are only those in the photos. There are many scratches from attaching and detaching pannier bags, and from leaning against walls, etc. This is a used item with a lot of rust and scratches. One of the lower stays is a little difficult to remove. Please check the photos and understand that this is a no-claims, no-returns sale.
