This is an old Citizen stopwatch. It comes with a case and a string. The case is included, but the lid comes off easily. The functions are simple: it only measures time in hours, minutes, seconds, and 1/100th of a second. It's an old product, but I recently replaced the battery and confirmed that it works properly.
