The lens and monitor have no scratches, but there are scratches on the side panel (see photos) and the Panasonic lettering is missing from the strap. I have confirmed that the camera functions, including taking photos with a card, flash, tape video recording, and playback. Accessories are missing the remote control and CD, but everything else is included. The DVD tape is a bonus (used).
