This is a cardo fabrica dress I purchased about 5 years ago. It's made of a thin, velour-like material, and has a see-through section from the arms to around the upper chest, making it suitable for occasions. I'm 156cm tall, and the length is around mid-calf on me. It has a light texture, making it perfect for the coming season. It doesn't suit my body type at all, and I've only tried it on.
