This is a pair of Workman 3D cold-weather pants. I bought them last year but never wore them, and they've been in storage. I bought different pants this year, so I'm offering these to someone who will wear them. The size is the popular 3L. If you're familiar with Workman pants, you'll know that this is a standard 3L size, so it shouldn't be "small." They are not made of stretch material. The cuffs have Velcro to adjust the width. They'll keep the wind out whether you wear boots or sneakers. These are unworn, but please consider that they have been stored at home.
