This is a Hello Kitty false eyelash case♪ I bought it because it's cute, but I never used it and it's been sitting in a drawer. I haven't used it, but I did take it out of the bag, so I've listed it as "like new." *Please note that the black part of Hello Kitty's nose has some wear and tear.* Other than that, I think it's in good condition, but this is based on my own assessment, so please understand!
