Thank you for viewing. This is a 100% cotton dress from Fuusen Usagi (Balloon Rabbit). It was a gift, and my child has outgrown it. It has a retro and cute design, and the fabric is soft. The size is 90, but I think it can be worn from around size 80 (it felt a little small). There are no noticeable scratches or stains, but there is some pilling on the inside of the garment, which is typical of gauze material.
