Used for about a year. Used until May 2025. OK for both dogs and cats. We had cats, and they drank from it without any problems. Operation has been confirmed. Instruction manual included. The filter is replaceable, and a paper with instructions for the dedicated website is included, but honestly, I think it's unnecessary if you're using purified water. Price negotiations are welcome!
