As you know, the Trench 21 is a representative model that is the prototype of the current trench coat, and it is characterized by its unique tag (8th photo). There are Trench 21s made of cotton-poly blend and 100% cotton, and this one is the valuable 100% cotton. It is a special order from Bloomingdale's in the US (2nd photo), and I think it is characterized by a more subdued iridescent color compared to the standard green-beige. It comes with a liner, so you can wear it for three seasons: autumn, winter, and spring, and the unique coolness is unique to the Trench 21.
