This is a purchase from the Nobel Museum in Stockholm, Sweden, where the Nobel Prize ceremony is held every December. It's in Japanese. I've only briefly looked through it. Overall, it's in good condition, but there's a stain on the back cover near the barcode where a sticker was removed, as shown in the last image. The inside is printed in color.
