This is a Sorcerer Mickey Mouse ear headband featuring Mickey Mouse wearing the Sorcerer's Hat from the "The Sorcerer's Apprentice" segment of Disney's Fantasia, which was sold in 2018 for Tokyo Disneyland's 35th Anniversary! It was only used once when visiting in 2018 and has been stored in a plastic bag, so the condition is good.
