This is a 27W cool daylight twin fluorescent lamp, model FDL27EX-D, made by Panasonic. - Brand: Panasonic - Model Name: FDL27EX-D - Type: Twin Fluorescent Lamp - Wattage: 27W - Color Temperature: Cool Daylight It was stored in a closet at home and got slightly wet due to a leak.
