These pants have a soft velour-like fabric lining. Because it's velour, it's not scratchy. The cuffs are ribbed only in the back, making them easy to move in. Material: 83% polyester, 15% cotton, 2% polyurethane Inseam: 50.5cm All tags have been cut off because my child dislikes them. The name written directly on the fabric has been erased.
