I bought this at a used clothing store for around 30,000 yen. It's a 90s Woolrich outerwear piece. I'm 176cm tall, and the sleeves fit almost perfectly, while the length is a bit short. It has a drawcord, so you can cinch it. You can wear the collar up or down to show off the khaki color. The zipper is usable, but it's a bit torn and difficult to use (see image).
