Purchased online on October 1, 2025, and used primarily on weekdays for about a month. The microphone seems to have difficulty picking up my voice, so I'm selling it as I plan to switch back to the previous manufacturer I used. The sound quality and noise cancellation are surprisingly good, so it's recommended for those who don't use it much for meetings, etc. (It's not a defect, but rather because my voice is soft...) There are no noticeable scratches or stains, and all accessories are included. Please understand that this is a used item before purchasing. The charging cable is unused. There are no delivery notes or receipts, but Bose doesn't even include a paper warranty, so you can probably get a one-year warranty using the serial number (I haven't tried it, so I can't guarantee it).
