This is a listing for the TV itself (with power cable) and a remote control (non-genuine). The legs are not included as it was mounted on a TV stand. If you would like to use legs, similar products can be purchased on Amazon for around 1000 yen. There are no issues such as the picture not displaying, but I am selling it at a low price because I am replacing it.
