This is a BURBERRY floral skirt. The floral part is made of a brushed material with 90% wool. The reddish-purple lining is lace, and it's cute when it peeks out a little. I received this from someone else and wore it for a year. The waist is adjustable with elastic, but the buttons are different, so it was probably either removed before I received it or came off while I had it and was sewn back on. I'll sell it to someone who doesn't mind.
