A new retainer is attached to the cover, and it seems it hasn't been touched since purchase. The battery case tends to peel off with the magic tape, so it needs to be fixed again. Comes with a genuine soft case. I am not a musical instrument store, so please ask any questions before purchasing. Regarding shipping, the guitar will be wrapped in bubble wrap, placed in a soft case, and then packed in a cardboard box.
