I'm not sure when I bought this because it was kept unopened at my parents' house. This is a wearable shoulder warmer to keep your shoulders warm. It's very light and can be fastened with hooks and Velcro, so it seems like it would keep you warm even while you sleep. Please consider purchasing this, understanding that it is an old item.
