The black GAP pants are fleece-lined winter pants. They have a leggings-like feel. I bought these for skiing, so they haven't been worn much. The gingham check Uniqlo leggings were quite a favorite and were worn quite a bit. Neither item has a name written on it, and both were worn by a child.
