This is a tabletop mirror made by the well-regarded Toyooka Craft. The angle of the mirror can be adjusted to three different positions by changing the legs on the back of the mirror. It folds up to a thickness of less than 3cm. It cost 4500 yen when purchased, but the current manufacturer's price is 11000 yen (including tax). I have used it with care, but there are some noticeable scratches. Please check the photos (images 12-14). This is a used item, so please consider purchasing only if you understand this.
