This is a very fine piece, a Chinese natural stone, possibly Zhaohe Green Stone? It's a beautiful work with a pale green base on the inkstone. While I can't say for certain, stones of this color are not seen elsewhere, so it's almost certainly a Zhaohe Green Stone inkstone. The piece is slightly oval, with a natural, rough-hewn finish on the back, leaving chisel marks. I consider it a superb item. I'm offering it at a reasonable price this time, but this is about as low as I can go, so please understand. Thank you.
