The pages inside are clean as it has been on the bookshelf for a long time, but the cover has some discoloration, wear, and slight soiling on the top and bottom edges. There is a slight bulge on the back of the hardcover. There are no signs of being opened or folded. It was also covered with a tracing paper-like cover.
