I think it's a model that can be used regardless of genre with a very bright sound. I feel it's a good mouthpiece with good control from high notes to pedal tones, and the sound doesn't get thin. It may be designed for German trombones. From my preference, the sound is "a little too bright," so it didn't fit the balance of the section, and I gave up using it.
