There may be some minor water leakage. I used it for just under 3 years. (No pets, no smoking) I am selling it due to moving. I don't remember the remaining cartridge life, but I thought it wouldn't need replacing for a while, so it's still in usable condition. As shown in the attached photos, the necessary water diverter is included. The water diverter allows you to switch between tap water and filtered water. I will also include a new cartridge. (Not for individual sale) You can install it immediately and use it for a long time. *There is no original box, so I will ship it in an empty box and cushioning material I have on hand. *I will handle price reductions, so please refrain from price negotiations.
