Thank you for viewing. This is a flattened American penny (1 cent) made using a penny press machine. There are 24 different types. These machines were usually found at tourist destinations. My children collected these 25 years ago when we lived in America. They are old. The collection book has some stains, so I have marked the condition as "slightly dirty or with scratches."
