The jacket's outer fabric uses "Omni-Tech," a waterproof and breathable technology, providing sufficient waterproofing for snowy and sleety conditions. Size is 3T (95-105cm). Worn for two seasons, up to the first year of kindergarten. There is a small stain in the area circled in red in photo 4. There is some fuzzing and slight abrasion in the area circled in red in photo 7, and there are some pills and fuzzing on the inside of the legs where they rub together, indicating some wear. The fabric and construction are solid, with no tears or fading of the logo, and I think the condition is good. This is a personal assessment, so there may be other stains or dirt that I have missed.
