I've only used this a few times since I bought it and have been storing it. Operation has been confirmed. This is a neck cooler with a cooling plate to prevent heatstroke. It lowers the temperature of your neck using electronic cooling. The cooling blades on the left, right, and back of the neck, along with the large-capacity battery, can instantly cool your neck. You can switch between strong and weak cooling modes. In strong mode, it can cool up to -16°C below the ambient temperature and can be used continuously for 3 hours. In weak mode, it can cool up to -11°C below the ambient temperature and can be used continuously for 4 hours.
