A combined version that integrates a vise that can be easily attached to piers and boat edges, and a stand that can be set up simply by placing it on a flat surface. Wide height adjustment allows for versatile use depending on the field. The height, angle, and rotation of the top plate can be freely adjusted with the anti-fall screws. The top plate uses a comfortable rubber sheet. It is also possible to attach a fall prevention rope to the arm. The vise can be attached vertically or horizontally depending on the shape of the mounting part, and can be attached to widths from 1.5cm to 11cm.
