I purchased this in London. It was about 80,000 yen on sale. I have several Burberry wool coats, but this one is a cashmere blend, so it doesn't have the stiffness typical of wool coats and has a smooth feel. I used it for going out, so I haven't worn it many times, and I think there is almost no dirt or wear. There is some pilling, but it's minimal and can be easily removed. The pocket stitching hasn't been undone, so the pockets are unused and clean. I've uploaded close-up photos of the collar and cuffs, which tend to get dirty easily (there is no noticeable dirt).
