CATEYE VIZ300 tail light, USB-B. This tail light has three LEDs and 300 lumens, making it very bright and safe even on well-lit city streets in Tokyo. I've confirmed that the battery can last for about 5 hours on continuous full illumination. I'm selling this as junk because the battery life has deteriorated, possibly due to being completely discharged during the summer. The battery drains to 0% if left off for more than 72 hours. While it's fine if charged frequently, I find it troublesome, so I'm offering it to someone who can use it.
