Price reduced. This is a blouse from Techichi TERRASSE. It's a black blouse with white polka dots, short sleeves, and a V-neck design. The back (neckline) is adjustable. I haven't worn it very often, but there are a few minor scuffs. They're barely noticeable because it's black, but please check the fifth photo.
