How to use 1. Prepare a container that can hold the mouth guard. 2. Pour about 90-degree hot water until the mouthpiece is submerged. 3. Drain the hot water, let it cool slightly, and then, in front of a mirror, place the central recess of the mouth guard on the center of your teeth and bite down 2-3 times, then bite down for about 10 seconds. 5.
