It is a very rare item. A cup & saucer with a beautiful lilac pattern. You don't often see lilac patterns with such beautiful colors. Moreover, it's gorgeous yet very elegant. The gold trim on the upper outside of the cup and the base of the cup are very lovely. Gold accents are applied to the bottom of the base and the scalloped edges of the saucer, giving it a luxurious feel. Please enjoy a wonderful tea time. Please, by all means, use it in combination with the dinner plate from the same series that I have listed next to it. It's not a tea plate, but it can be used in any way and is very versatile.
