This is a STAUB silicone slotted spatula. The wooden handle adds a nice touch, even just hanging in the kitchen. The tip is harder than a typical spatula, so it's not ideal for scraping ingredients, but slotted spatulas are rare, and this is very convenient for making risotto or thick dressings. I bought a few of these two years ago and used them a few times, but I no longer use them, so I'm selling them to declutter. The STAUB logo engraving is lighter than the one in the photos.
