I've probably worn this about twice. I bought it, but I forgot I had it and it became too small for me before I could wear it much. There's nothing particularly difficult to note. The washing tag doesn't specify the fabric details, so it's unclear, but as shown in photo 5, there's a cotton petticoat under the dotted fabric, so I think you can wear this dress on its own without needing anything else. It's cute, so how about it for a summer outing dress? ☺︎
