This is a commemorative swim towel from the 2017 Junior Olympic Swimming Championships. Made in Japan by Mizuno. I bought it as a souvenir of the competition and have kept it stored away without ever using it. It has dried out and become stiff, but it is a new, unused item. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about it being stored at home. Instant purchase is OK.
