This is a novelty ratchet that can be used as a regular ratchet, for spinning like in fishing, or in a way similar to a rotary ratchet. I don't think it's practical, but it might be for tool enthusiasts. If you hide it in your toolbox, you can expect reactions from others. (Maybe a one-hit wonder!)
