This is a new dress from Tier Class. The size is 11, which is a Large. It's a short-sleeved long dress. The skirt has a frilly silhouette and is very cute. It's black with white polka dots. The waist can be adjusted with a matching ribbon. (It seems to be a design that can be worn without the ribbon as well.) I'm selling this one because I have too many similar dresses.
