This is a set of a hinge-type front AT and independent left/right sliding dampers for Mini 4WD (FAT-SD2). Designed with meticulous attention to detail. We've packed in functionality by utilizing processing techniques only possible with CNC. (I consider this the final form of the front bumper for my own machine.) Please feel free to try it out. ■ Hinge-Type Front AT Based on the convenience and track record of the hinge-type movable part CH-Fix, we've developed it into a front AT. The hinge structure allows for very smooth movement. ・ Structure that prevents thrust loss regardless of the chassis cut lines ・ Hinge opening angle is approximately 30 degrees ・ AT hardness can be adjusted with springs, and rubber rings can also be used as a secret technique (Photos 15-17) ・ 3mm thick carbon used for the bumper plate ■ Independent Left/Right Sliding Dampers We created independent left/right sliding dampers based on the SD-Fix concept. ・ Left and right sides move independently in a circular motion ・ Movable range is designed to be wide, at 4mm per side ・ Top plate is angled to match the springs ・ 3mm thick carbon used ・ With left and right roller stays: 13mm roller specific, with 4-degree thrust angle adjustment chip TR-Fix ■ Assembly Instructions, etc. ・ Please assemble the included parts referring to photos 5-14. ・ New screw holes are made smaller to prevent wobbling. Enlarge them as needed. ・ Photo 5: Countersunk screw processing is required for the base plate. ・ Photo 6 (top): It is recommended to fix the hinge parts and spring retainers with adhesive. ・ A wrench like the one in photo 18 is convenient. ・ Springs, brass pipes, and screws are not included, so please prepare them separately. ・ Use insulating washers as shaft spacers. ・ Refer to photo 19 for the cut lines of the MS chassis in the photo. ・ Please check the other specifications and condition in the photos. ■ Only the set of parts in photo 3 will be sent. ・ The photos are examples, and minor improvements or changes may be made. ・ There are filled-in areas.
