M-L size I was looking for various skirts because I didn't want my belly to get big and my back to hurt, and this is the item I finally found. The waist is very soft and designed to feel less constricting. It's thin, so you can wear it on its own at home without any worries, but when going out, I wore it as an inner layer under a see-through dress, or with leggings underneath.
