This is a bright red flared skirt. It's made of sturdy fabric and looks high-quality (o^^o) I've worn it a few times, but it doesn't show much wear, and the hardware isn't very damaged. (There are some minor scratches, but it's in good condition) It also has a lining, and there are thread loops to prevent it from shifting.
