None of the cases are included. The head plate shows some signs of use, but there are no chips or scratches, and it is in good condition. The face plate is great, but personally, I found the head plate to be particularly effective in making my head and neck feel refreshed and good. I felt that the smooth, gentle texture unique to ceramic was easier to use than other gua sha plates, but I have recently been using it less, so I am selling it. Please consider purchasing if you understand that these are used items.
