This is a business bag from SOMÈS SADDLE. It's made of textured leather and is black. I'm selling it because I haven't been using it much. I purchased it in December 2015 at Tokyu Hands in Hakata Station. It's 10 years old, so there is some aging, wear on the corners, scratches and wear on the surface, and a general feeling of use, but there are no major tears. A4 size fits easily.
