These are relaxed-fit green wide-leg pants. They are labeled as size S, but the elastic waistband stretches a lot, so they fit me perfectly even though I usually wear a size M. I purchased them online because many reviews mentioned the same thing, and I believe they are equivalent to a regular size M. As long as the waistband can get over your hips, there is plenty of room in the hip and leg areas. That being said, the waistband doesn't feel tight on me, even though I usually wear a size M.
